BLACK RABBIT CLUB by M1NT

In collaboration with our friends at M1NT, the Shanghai VIP area will henceforth be called “Black Rabbit Club by M1NT” and will be held in an indoor/outdoor central area on site, a 1,000 sqm clubhouse building with easy access to the Main Stage and Stage Left. Black Rabbit Club by M1NT transfers the food and beverage service excellence for which M1NT has become famous (not to mention the artwork, furniture and ambience which will make the trip as well).

For our VIP patrons, there will be special “Taittinger Mimosa Moments” during the Festival offering a free bubbly glass of Mimosa, along with a specially crafted festival menu and refreshing cocktails from the M1NT chefs and mixologists that will be on sale. So for those who appreciate comfort, superb food and drink, prime viewing of the main stage where you can watch the festival headliners blow the roof off Shanghai, join the party at Black Rabbit Club by M1NT.

Terms and Conditions:

This ticket is sold or given on the express condition that the holder is bound by the rules and regulations issued by the organisers. By purchasing this ticket you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions contained herein, and as further outlined on the accompanying information page or on the Black Rabbit Music Festival website or booking forms.

• Upon entry, your ticket will be exchanged for a wristband that you MUST keep on for the duration of the event.
• Audience may exit the site via marked EXITs. Re-entry is possible ONLY with appropriately and tightly fastened wristband.
• Anyone entering the site without a valid wristband will be deemed to have trespassed and will be evicted from the festival grounds.
• Minors (those under 18) must be accompanied by a parent or guardian aged over 25 years at all times (within reason) in the festival entertainment area. A parent/guardian may accompany a maximum of 3 minors. Parents/guardians must enter the festival at the same time as minors in their company.
• Bags and containers will be searched at the entry to the entertainment area.
• Anyone found supplying or buying alcohol for a minor will be evicted from the event. Any minor found consuming or in possession of alcohol will face similar action.
• Possession, sale or use of illegal drugs or illicit substances is strictly prohibited. The Black Rabbit Music Festival does not condone or endorse use of such substances and any persons found with them in their possession will be removed from the site and will be the subject of police action.
• Right of admission is reserved.
• Fireworks are prohibited. Anyone possessing them will be removed from the site.
• Animals are prohibited.
• Small still cameras are permitted but audio or video recording devices and professional still cameras are not.
• All ticket holders consent to any official filming and sound recording.
• Right is reserved to vary programs and/or to add, withdraw or substitute artists. No refunds or compensation will be made should the program vary due to the non-appearance of an advertised artist.
• Promoter or venue shall not be held liable for any loss, injury or damages sustained entering or on the site.
• Promoter accepts no liability for any injuries or damages caused by moshing, crowdsurfing, stage-diving, etc.
• Patrons must not cause damage to, improperly use or tamper with any public facility or festival infrastructure. Nor should they remove or attempt to remove any item or object from the venue or surrounding area.
• Patrons will be removed from the site if they behave in a threatening or inappropriate manner (aggressive, riotous, abusive, or insulting actions) toward other patrons or event staff.
• Tickets may not, without the prior written consent of the Festival organizers, be resold at a premium or used for advertising, promotion or other commercial purposes (including competitions and trade promotions) or to enhance the demand for other goods or services. If a ticket is sold or used in breach of this condition, the bearer of the ticket will be refused admission.
• The Black Rabbit Music Festival will proceed irrespective of rain. There is no refund or exchange available for inclement weather, unless weather conditions require the festival to be cancelled.
